The rooms we build go much further, with bespoke shapes and sizes, saunas, shower rooms, built-in storage and details designed around your garden and how you'll use it.

All prices and options here are a guide only. Your real price comes once we've visited and talked it through.

Dimensions are external, 2.5 m high overall. The design starts with an insulated timber frame and a flat EPDM roof.

A suitable foundation is confirmed after we've assessed the ground.

All cladding runs vertically, right up to the roof line. Rear walls near a boundary usually suit corrugated sheet.
